Who We Are
Motion Company is a full service contract apparel printer based in West Sacramento, California, located just minutes from the State Capitol building in Downtown Sacramento. We service the promotional products industry and private label retail lines. We also provide our contract printing services to other garment decorators including embroiderers, high volume printers, and custom printers.
Our Pitch

- Outbound orders are shipped in new corrugated boxes (ASI/PPAI friendly), with printed label specifying Customer Name, Job Name, PO #, and Box Quantities.
- Standard 7-10 day turnaround, 5-day, 3-day, or 1-day rush service

- Interactive website features Price Calculator, PDF downloads, simple file upload, detailed graphics guidelines.

Our History
Motion Company was founded in the Fall of 2000 in Sacramento, CA. With only 1,000 square feet of production and a manual printing press, company founder Tom Davenport set out to “change the industry”. The idea was to establish a youth driven company which would exceed the Apparel Printing Industry standards in technical practices, production management, customer service, and company ethics. Today the mission is carried onward by an organization of individuals, sharing the same values on which Motion Company was founded. Production has grown both in size and capability, utilizing state of the art equipment and production management to produce over 1,000,000 imprinted units annually. Motion Company has received recognition for our success within the apparel printing industry from numerous trade publications including a spot on Impressions Magazine’s “Top Volume Screen Printer” list for three consecutive years.
